New Apple Update Today

Does anybody know if this is the update that will enable iPads to get rid of ads? Somebody mentioned that here a while back.

The ads have gotten so bad here that every time you click anything this obnoxious HP ad flies up right where you're reading and you have to x it out. Go back to main page, it's there again. Click on a thread..again. Go to next page...again. It's driving me crazy!

iPad was a gift from my oldest son, who is a sweetheart who also gives us "the meat of the month" memberships every year so I'm definitely not gonna bitch. I actually love this little TV (as my boyfriend calls it). The little websites are the only time it's really a bother with the ads, probably because of less space. I'm usually reading books and they can't get in there!
